STAMPS WORLD Magazine

PHILATELIC PUBLICATIONS LIMITED was established on 1st March, 1983 and took over the “STAMPS WORLD” magazine in May, 1983. This stamp magazine was first published on 20th January, 1980 & was written in Chinese only. It has become bilingual (i.e. in both Chinese and English) as from issue No. 22 (May, 1983).
